Who should apply

Whether photography is your profession or your passion, you are invited to take part.

  • Open Worldwide: Photographers from any country or region are welcome to participate.
  • Amateur & Professional: The competition is open to both amateur and professional photographers. 

Why participate?

Turn a photograph into part of a bigger story.

Energy is everywhere, but it is not always easy to see. This competition brings together photographers from around the world to make the energy landscape more visible through creativity, storytelling and original imagery. Winning and shortlisted photographs may be featured across CEER Training Academy communication channels, publications and activities, giving your work the opportunity to reach an international audience.

Awards

Excellence will be recognised across multiple awards.

Three awards will receive a monetary prize of 150€:
  • CEER Training Academy Photo of the Year
  • People’s Choice Award
  • CEER Members’ Choice Award

Conditions

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS


  • Entries must be submitted individually and not on behalf of a company or organisation.
  • Participants may submit up to five photographs, with photographs submitted across one or more competition categories.
  • Photographs should be submitted in HD/high resolution. High-quality photographs taken with a mobile phone are also accepted.


COPYRIGHT & AUTHENTICITY 


  • Participants must have the necessary rights to submit and use the photographs they enter into the competition.
  • By submitting a photograph, participants confirm that they have the necessary rights to the photograph and that its submission does not infringe the rights of any third party.
  • The CEER Training Academy may use authorised tools to verify the authenticity and originality of submitted photographs.


CONTENT & USAGE RIGHTS


By submitting a photograph, participants grant the CEER Training Academy the right to use the submitted photograph in:
  • CEER Training Academy reports and publications
  • The CEER Training Academy website and Social Media Channels
  • Other official CEER Training Academy communication and promotional materials related to its activities
